Service Description
Web Harmonium provides a free, browser-based Indian harmonium instrument for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. The service includes the interactive harmonium player, sargam notation guides, and educational tutorials.
Free Use
Web Harmonium is currently free to use. Any material changes to access or pricing will be presented clearly on the site.
Intellectual Property
The web harmonium application, design, and original tutorial text are the intellectual property of Web Harmonium. Song pages contain short, independently prepared sargam practice transcriptions for educational use; they do not reproduce full lyrics or official sheet music. Song titles, compositions, recordings, films, artist names, and related trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. Web Harmonium is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders.
Rights holders can contact hello@web-harmonium.me with a specific concern. We will review substantiated notices and remove or revise material where appropriate.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy site content
- Attempt to interfere with the site's operation
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Disclaimer
Web Harmonium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of musical notations or uninterrupted availability of the service. The harmonium sound is a digital approximation and may differ from physical instruments.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Harmonium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
